Inviting applications for the role of Vice President HRO!!
In this role, the Global Operating Leader (GOL) will be accountable for leading a large team to run overall process quality and exceed customer expectation in delivering quality service, business partnership, and digital transformation. The GOL will act as the first point of business contact for client, will be responsible for measuring operation and transformation performance with metrics to drive transparency, accountability, and business service agreement adherence. Partnering with Transformation leaders and Relationship Management team, the GOL will lead business priority alignment, connect process thread, and drive the execution of agreed transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to lead large scale HR operations across HR processes including Talent Acquisition & Mobility; Digital Employee Experience; Talent Development, Performance administration, total rewards admin, mass restructuring process and HR analytics Collaborate with client's senior stakeholders and Genpact service lines to develop and execute global HR Operations strategy and operational plans
- Responsible for growth of the business and maintain the profitability
- Lead the overall operational activities and ensure noise-free operations, along with strong customer stakeholder management. Ensure that team meets and exceeds the SLA
- Identify, implement & oversee process improvements to ensure efficient and accurate data processing.
- Maintain & grow excellent customer relations - focus on improving NPS. Take personal ownership for actions plans.
- Ensure hiring of right talent in right time and manage retention.
- Deliver Genpact's digitalization strategy through leveraging the latest disruptive technologies such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI) as well as blockchain to enhance operational delivery and customer experience.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Any Graduate & Postgraduate (PGDBM) in HR
- Have managed large Span of complex business and operations teams.
- Should have experience of transitioning the new HRO process, and running the large E2E HRO process for multiple geographies
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Deep understanding of HR laws, policy, regulations, processes, and data privacy, quality & compliance with North/South America, GB/IE, Australia, Germany, local laws & regulations is a necessary requirement.
