Role - Vice President IT Delivery Location - Noida Responsibilities : - Experience and understanding on IT Delivery (including Infrastructure and Application) - Prior experience of working in Capital Markets Industry. - Experience of managing delivery engagements has he handled for these Financial Services companies. - Infrastructure and service desk experience - People Management experience. Handling a team of 200+ people. - Solid grasp of Capital Markets Domain and has experience working with global investment banks and captive technology centers. - Prior experience in managing large client relationships in a matrixed environment. - Good understanding of SDLC concepts and experience in handling global teams. - Ability to manage global client CXO relationships across geographies. - Supervise and drive delivery execution, reporting & communication standards. - Experience in managing P&L and financial cost models - Accountable for overall delivery at global client level. Promote service improvements on an ongoing basis to continually improve quality and customer satisfaction with IT services. - Provide hands-on delivery leadership and ensure good methodologies are implemented across delivery - Ensure compliance to all defined risk and other legal requirements - Work closely with client's IT/Business executives & Genpact teams to plan for future projects / extensions / changes, forecast staffing and drive business growth. - Responsible for developing, motivating people, people development and employee engagement
