Inviting applications for the role of Sr. Manager - Supply Planning! - Strong knowledge of supply planning & procurement planning - Should have functional experience in procurement optimization principals - Strong Supply Chain analytical capabilities with skills in Inventory Planning - Knowledge of key inventory performance metrics: Inventory turns, service levels and margin contributions etc. - Good knowledge of various statistical techniques - Has experience in presenting updates with business leaders/stakeholders - Excellent verbal and written communication and should have team management experience. - Balance resources vs requirements - Seasonal / LTO (limited time offering promo) supply planning: Analyze historical data, LTO effectiveness - Supply planning response to customer / product segmentation: Initial analysis & updates Responsibilities: - The position is responsible for delivering KPIs. - Continuously delivering ideas towards optimizing inventory and their distribution. - Driving efficiency and automation in process and thriving towards autonomous operations. - Guide team through activities that could include but are not limited to consensus seasonal teams, new product introduction teams, supply chain cost optimization opportunities, or business process initiatives. - Suggesting ideas to improve existing process. - Support team in adhoc requests/statistical analysis/reporting and projects. - Drive process efficiencies and continuous improvement projects within the team. Qualifications we seek in you!
