Role : AVP RTR SME/Intercompany SME Location : Jaipur Responsibilities : - Consulting role to manage Transformation initiatives in RTR / Intercompany domain for a Global client. - Involves Leading and Collaborating with the Client on Improvement In Execution and Transformation initiatives leading to Business Impact in RTR/Intercompany Domain. - Relevant working experience in RTR function preferably in the Process Excellence function in a Third party or Shared Services set up. - Leading and Driving Process improvement Initiatives in GL and Intercompany space leading to outcomes like Better health of Accounts, Robust Controls & Compliance and Derive Insights to help CFO make informed Business decisions. - Help drive Finance Transformation through Process Standardization, Automation and Benchmarking. - Leading and Driving Process improvement Initiatives across the entire RTR Intercompany Lifecycle focusing on Invoice Scanning Posting, Accrual Posting, Reconciliation, Analysis of Mismatches, Payment Schedules, Payments and Netting & Clearing. - Use lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda. - Preferably a Chartered Accountant, Graduate in Finance stream or MBA in Finance. - Own end-to-end client service delivery and P&L - Be a key driving force in handling new/existing relationships with a set of valuable clients leading to a balanced P&L.
