Job Description:
- Rich working experience in RTR function preferably in the Process Excellence function in a Third party BPO or Shared Services set up.
- Manage the delivery of outsourced services F&A: R2R to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell.
- Leading and Driving Process improvement Initiatives in GL and Intercompany space leading to outcomes like better health of Accounts, Robust Controls & Compliance and Derive Insights to help CFO make informed Business decisions. Help drive Finance Transformation through Process Standardization, Automation and Benchmarking.
- Use lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda.
- Should be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations, GPO, Digital team, Transformation team, Transitions team etc.
- Pro-active, ability to trouble shoot, work through organizational change scenarios.
- Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and raise performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.
- Collaborate in the new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition and stabilization.
Skills and Experience:
- Preferably a Chartered Accountant, Graduate in Finance stream or MBA in Finance.
- Own end-to-end client service delivery and P&L.
- Be a key driving force in handling new/existing relationships with a set of valuable clients leading to a balanced P&L.
- Develop a strategy for winning and transitioning new deals while running and growing the existing relationships.
