We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Learning Expert, Global Advisory, with deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Advisory/Consulting business. This role will be responsible for designing and developing impactful, learning programs that build advisory capabilities, deepen understanding of advanced technology solutions like Agentic AI, Gen AI, Data, etc and bring in thought leadership via industry best practices. The ideal candidate will be a Strategic thinker and results-oriented leader with a passion for developing talent and understanding of advisory/consulting within the professional services landscape.


Responsibilities


- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive advisory capability build programs equipping the teams with the knowledge and skills, aligned with our goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with leaders across the business to evaluate skills gaps and determine the desired learner level for different roles, based on the capability framework

- Design learning solutions, leveraging internal subject matter experts and vendor ecosystems, to deliver relevant and impactful training programs.

- Track and analyse the results of training programs, identifying areas of success and areas for improvement, and making necessary adjustments.

- Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and track sales team performance, leveraging AI for advanced analytics and reporting.

- Develop and execute the overall L&D budget and plan.

- Work closely with Business, HR and other L&D professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.


Minimum Required Qualifications / Skills


- Hands on Experience of consulting/advisory function with a good understanding of roles and responsibilities

- Understanding of industry best practices and trends in this area

- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful leadership programs for global advisory teams (AVP and Above)

- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

- Strategic Thinker and not general L&D execution (be able to design the programs)

- Able to work independently and as part of a team with exceptional speed and agility

- Strong Business and project management
