Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic leader to institutionalize knowledge transfer (KT) for transitions and steady-state operations, and establish robust knowledge management (KM) practices for London & Llyod's portfolio in the insurance unit. The role will partner closely with business leaders, delivery, transformation, and HR to deliver measurable outcomes: faster time-to-proficiency, lower dependency risk, improved client experience, and higher productivity.

Responsibilities:

Knowledge Transfer & Knowledge Management:

- Lead and implement KT frameworks and methodologies ensuring smooth transitions

- Track KT outcomes (KT completion %, leakage defects, time-to-independence, hypercare success)

- Establish and drive knowledge management practices for new accounts or teams, including training solutions for new clients.

Measurement & Reporting:

- Track, govern and highlight risk and create mitigation plans related to Learning Paths during training, documentation (SOP, Process Maps, Controls), Assessments, and Hands-on training

- Track training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and business metrics.

- Report progress to vertical leadership and propose improvements based on data insights.

- Create dashboards for customer and internal visibility.

Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with vertical heads, delivery leaders, account managers, and global L&D teams to align learning priorities and solutions.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
