Genpact is inviting applications for an AVP - HRO GPO Lead role!

As the GPO Lead, you'll shape and drive the global HRO roadmap by solving complex business challenges through Lean, Six Sigma, Digital, AI/ML, RPA, and next-gen automation. This is a client-facing leadership role where you'll partner with global stakeholders to deliver transformative, high-impact solutions.

What you'll do

- Lead and execute global design solutions across HRO processes

- Partner with clients to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement

- Deliver Digital, RPA, AI/ML, and Six Sigma projects with measurable business impact

- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with KPIs & transformation goals

- Standardize, optimize, and transform processes across global teams

What we're looking for

- Strong HRO domain knowledge with customer management expertise

- Experience in Shared Services / BPO / Call Center environments

- Proven track record in project management & transformation delivery

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Hands-on with tools like SAP, ServiceNow, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism

LSS certification preferred
