The Role:

The Generalist will operate close to the Chief Business Officer, helping convert business priorities into executable programs and ensuring that critical initiatives maintain momentum.

Core Responsibilities:

- Own strategic programs from problem definition through execution and closure.

- Build workplans, milestones, governance mechanisms, dashboards and operating cadences.

- Analyse business information and data to identify issues, opportunities and root causes.

- Coordinate Product, Technology, Growth, Operations, Finance and other stakeholders.

- Prepare leadership-ready updates, business reviews, decision notes and presentations.

- Support the CBO on ad-hoc strategic and operational problem solving.
