Job Title: General Sales Manager

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat.

Industry: Welding & Industrial Consumables.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: 8 to 12 years in industrial sales & marketing.

Mandatory: Prior experience in handling PSU clients (e.g., large public sector enterprises in power, oil & gas, or heavy industries).

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales & business strategies for the Gujarat region.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and industrial clients.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries.

- Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning, distributor/channel management, and team leadership.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to QCD standards (Quality, Cost & Delivery).

- Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and prepare sales reports for management.
