General Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial and logistics real estate space

- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and occupiers

- Drive lead generation, deal closures, and revenue targets

- Track market trends and provide strategic inputs to internal stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including leasing, research, and marketing

- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking platforms

- Drive sales and business development initiatives across India for pharmaceutical and industrial capital equipment.

- Identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, and build long-term relationships with clients.

- Lead sales planning, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies.

- Collaborate with technical and operations teams for client-specific solutions.

- Represent the group across various geographies with extensive travel.


Key Requirements:

- 20 to 30 years of experience in sales of Capital Equipment, Tablet Tooling, or Pharma Machinery.

- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic sales mindset.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively for business across India.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Commerce (BBA/B.Com)

- Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing (MBA Marketing)


Desirable Candidate Profile:


- Candidates from B2B capital goods sectors with dynamic and versatile sales backgrounds are welcome.

- Should possess a solution-selling approach and a client-centric attitude
