About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage critical projects across business and technology teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing timelines, resources, and budgets across multiple stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery of projects in a structured and scalable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, initiate, and manage end-to-end project execution for cross-functional initiatives.

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Track project progress using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; develop mitigation strategies.

- Create project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, Gantt charts, and dashboards.

- Coordinate across teams including product, engineering, design, operations, marketing, and analytics.

- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders regarding project updates and changes.

- Conduct post-project reviews to identify learnings and implement process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in project management in product-based companies or fast-scaling startups.

- Proven track record of managing multiple simultaneous projects successfully.

- Expertise in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, Notion, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.

- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or PMP practices and tools.

- Strong time management, documentation, and reporting skills.

- Ability to handle ambiguity, drive structure, and take ownership.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related discipline. PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.

Preferred Industry Background:

- Candidates who have worked at top-tier product or tech-driven companies such as Swiggy, Meesho, Razorpay, Flipkart, Zomato, Ola, CRED, Zepto, PhonePe, Paytm, Udaan, or similar are strongly preferred.

- Experience in managing projects involving digital transformation, tech rollouts, or operational scale-ups will be an advantage.
