- Planning and coordinating Production, Quality, and Projects & ensure seamless delivery. - Manage day-to-day activities, and production schedules, implement quality tools, and allocate work for achieving set production targets. - Appraise the prevalent production systems/processes, identifying loopholes if any, and undertaking result-oriented measures for resolving them - Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time/equipment reliability; thereby accomplishing planned production targets within budget. - Erecting, commissioning, and installing small, medium, and heavy equipments and providing utility services to the equipment. - Develop standard maintenance and operation procedures and ensure adherence to the same. - Negotiate with Vendors and service providers to optimize purchase costs and reduce the cost of materials and services. - Executing cost-saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
