Mandatory Criteria :
- Candidate must have CRM experience in the real estate industry only
- Proven experience in handling customer escalations and issue resolution
- Strong exposure to post-sales customer lifecycle management
- Experience in managing CRM teams and customer service processes
- Experience handling high-value real estate customers and project delivery coordination
Responsibilities:
- Lead the CRM function and ensure exceptional customer experience across the customer lifecycle
- Handle and resolve customer escalations professionally and efficiently
- Develop and implement customer engagement and retention strategies
- Coordinate with sales, projects, legal, and finance teams for seamless customer communication
- Ensure timely updates to customers regarding project progress, documentation, and possession timelines
- Implement and optimize CRM systems and operational processes
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to improve service quality
- Lead, mentor, and manage the CRM team while maintaining high service standards
Qualification & Skills:
- 10+ years of CRM or customer experience in the real estate industry
- Strong customer escalation handling and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM tools and customer lifecycle management systems
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer management abilities
