Role & responsibilities:-
- Responsible for Sales and marketing of companies products in African Markets.
- Will be accountable for top and bottom line and bottom line of Product/ Brands.
- Will manage the existing business in Africa and open new markets in the African continent.
- Should be able to develop and execute a Country/ region wise business strategy.
- Should be able to prepare cost cards for each market for every Brand / Product assigned.
- Well versed with Export procedures and documentation for African countries
- Appoint distributors and manage them effectively for business growth.
- Achieve Budgeted targets for sales and profitability.
- Work closely with the Distributors and plan sales promotion and marketing activities.
- Should be experience in using Digital platforms for Sales & Marketing in African countries.
- Should have working experience & should have extensively traveled for Business to West African Countries.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Work Experience: 12-20 years (of which at least 4-5 years in Africa preferably having worked in 2/3 countries).
- Experience of local demographics, local taxes and import laws, trade channel needs and compliances.
- Should have handled/ handling Beverage, Alcohol, FMCG & Branded products
