USD 4,000 - 5,000/month.

Role Overview :

As the General Manager of Transport & Logistics, you will spearhead the strategic oversight and day-to-day execution of our entire fleet operations. This role involves managing a high-capacity fleet of commercial vehicles, ensuring optimal route planning, maintenance compliance, and cost-effective fuel management. You will work closely with senior leadership, regional operations teams, and external stakeholders to drive service excellence and operational scalability. Your leadership will directly influence the company's ability to meet rigorous delivery timelines while maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory adherence across all transport corridors.

Requirements:

- Graduate/PG in Logistics, Transport, Business or Engineering.

- 8 - 10 years' experience with 5+ years in senior leadership.

- Heavy truck fleet management, financial control and English required; Portuguese.

- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans that optimize route planning and reduce transit costs for large-scale distribution networks.

- Manage large cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance across all transport hubs.

- Monitor fleet maintenance schedules and regulatory compliance to ensure all commercial vehicles meet safety and environmental standards.

- Analyze key performance indicators related to fuel consumption, driver productivity, and delivery turnaround times to drive continuous improvement.
