Arsenius Skill Capital is hiring GM - TECHNOLOGY for a Leading F&B Brand,

Location: Mumbai Suburbs

CTC: up to 35 LPA

Requisite:

- Graduate / MBA in computer applications/science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field is preferred.

- Applicants with 10+ yrs of Industry experience and 5+ yrs of experience in a Leadership role.

- Oversee all hardware, servers, routers, firewalls, storage, network architecture and connectivity solutions

- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, enterprise systems and cybersecurity initiatives.

- Strong grasp of Cybersecurity & Information Security Management, IT Infrastructure & Cloud Technologies.

- Good understanding of Risk Management & Compliance.

- Lead deployment and optimisation of ERP, CRM, POS, HRMS and workflow platforms.

- Ensure cross-functional data flow and seamless integration between systems.

- Drive continuous improvement based on operational feedback and process requirements.

- Standardise IT processes and establish best practices across departments and across Organisation.

- Implement cybersecurity protocols, conduct regular audits and maintain strong backup systems, access controls, and data-protection measures to proactively mitigate risks.

- Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, threats and unauthorized access.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal audit standards.

- Lead and manage the technology / IT team, ensuring high performance and continuous skill development.

- Manage technology partners, vendors, consultants and service providers.
