Looking for a seasoned professional to lead and manage talent management initiatives effectively. The candidate will drive strategies to enhance organisational growth, playing a key role in fostering a performance-driven culture.

Experience: 12-16 Years


Key Responsibilities:


- Design and implement talent management strategies aligned with organisational goals.

- Oversee the development and execution of leadership development programmes.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent needs.

- Analyse workforce data to forecast and plan for future talent requirements.

- Manage succession planning and career development frameworks.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in all talent-related activities.

- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on talent management practices.

The Successful Applicant:

- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- At least 10 years of proven experience in talent management within the pharmaceutical sector.

- Strong understanding of workforce planning and development strategies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Expertise in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
