Position Title: General Manager Talent Management
Role Overview:
Reporting to the CHRO and operating with autonomy, the GM Talent Management will drive the design, execution, and continuous improvement of strategic talent management programs,
policies, and systems across the organization.
This leader will play a pivotal role in partnering with business and HR teams to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent in line with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion and shape innovative talent management strategiesincluding policy, program, and system developmentaligned with current and future business needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and internal authority on all Talent Management disciplines within the company, advising senior leaders and line management on best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of talent management professionals, providing direction and partnering closely with HR Business Partners.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of key talent initiatives: learning and development, succession planning, performance management, talent engagement, and employee mobility.
- Address complex, multi-disciplinary challenges impacting workforce planning, organizational design, and overall talent effectiveness.
- Spearhead the creation and optimization of talent development pathways and performance frameworks to accelerate individual and organizational growth.
- Analyze and report on talent management metrics, leveraging data to drive continuous program improvement.
- Collaborate enterprise-wide on HR projects, policy formulation, and high-impact talent decisions for a dispersed, PAN-India workforce.
Desired Experience & Skills:
- Full-time MSW/MBA in HR from a recognized institution.
- 12-20 years of HR/talent management experience with a minimum 3+ years in Retail, Hospitality, Telecom, Healthcare, or Education sectors.
- Track record of success in medium to large organizations; adept at navigating the complexities of a geographically distributed workforce.
- Advanced proficiency in team and stakeholder management, strategic HR initiatives, and the full talent management lifecycle.
- Deep understanding of organizational development, employee learning, and talent analytics.
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Applicants with a CTC less than 25 lakhs & above 40lakhs per annum need not apply.
