Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate management: Manage the entire hiring process, from screening resumes and conducting interviews to managing the candidate experience and negotiating job offers.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- System maintenance: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is often required.
- Experience: Prior experience in recruitment, including experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and the full hiring cycle, is typically necessary.
