Key Responsibilities:




- Strategy and planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.

- Sourcing and attracting: Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels, including online job boards, social media, and recruitment events.

- Candidate management: Manage the entire hiring process, from screening resumes and conducting interviews to managing the candidate experience and negotiating job offers.

- Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.

- System maintenance: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:




- Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is often required.

- Experience: Prior experience in recruitment, including experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and the full hiring cycle, is typically necessary.

- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for collaborating with hiring managers and candidates. Negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are also important.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements are expected.
