
Role Overview:
As the General Manager Talent Acquisition, you will spearhead the talent acquisition strategy and execution for our Bangalore operations. You will partner closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR business partners to understand business needs and build a robust talent pipeline. This role is critical in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top-tier talent to fuel our continued growth and innovation in the competitive Bangalore market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives, ensuring a consistent and effective approach to attracting top talent.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture focused on delivering exceptional candidate experiences and achieving hiring goals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and external recruitment agencies, to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition.
- Oversee campus recruitment initiatives, building relationships with top universities and colleges to attract and recruit early-career talent.
- Drive innovation in recruitment processes and technologies, leveraging data and analytics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Develop and manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve hiring goals.
- Implement and manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Contribute to talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development, by identifying and recruiting high-potential candidates.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and external recruitment agencies.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- 9-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition from Premium Institutes will be added advantage
