The General Manager - Talent Acquisition will spearhead the company's end-to-end hiring strategy across domestic and overseas projects , ensuring a strong talent pipeline that supports global business expansion. This role requires a strategic TA leader with deep experience in scaling recruitment operations, employer branding, technology-driven hiring, and building high-performing TA teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute the company's talent acquisition strategy to support business objectives.

- Partner with leadership and BU heads to understand workforce needs and create annual hiring plans.

- Build long-term talent pipelines for critical roles and niche skill sets.

2. Recruitment Operations Management:

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all verticals - corporate, technical, sales, manufacturing, etc.

- Ensure hiring SLAs are met (TAT, quality of hire, cost per hire).

- Implement structured competency-based assessments and interview frameworks.

- Drive diversity hiring initiatives across levels.

3. Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of TA managers, recruiters, and coordinators.

- Set performance KPIs and ensure continuous capability building within the team.

- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration.

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

- Manage recruitment partners, search firms, and campus relationships.

- Negotiate contracts, fees, and evaluate vendor performance.

- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on talent availability and market trends.

5. Employer Branding:

- Strengthen employer branding through digital platforms, social media, and partnerships.

- Lead initiatives to enhance candidate experience and company visibility.

- Oversee employee engagement campaigns for talent attraction.

6. Process Excellence & Technology:

- Optimize the recruitment tech stack (ATS, sourcing tools, assessments).

- Drive automation and analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making.

- Implement best practices for data-driven hiring and predictive talent analytics.

7. Leadership Hiring:

- Personally lead hiring for senior leadership & critical roles.

- Build succession pipelines in collaboration with HRBP & L&D teams.

8. Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, audit norms, and data privacy regulations.

- Present weekly/monthly reports and dashboards to management.

Education - Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.
