We're looking for a highly experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with a strong focus on sustainability.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience managing manufacturing operations and a proven track record of implementing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) due diligence.
This role is crucial for ensuring our operations are not only efficient but also aligned with modern sustainable practices, focusing on climate change mitigation and resource conservation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sustainability & Compliance: You'll ensure all manufacturing operations are governed by ESG due diligence.
- This involves a focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and waste management.
- Climate & Resource Management: Your core responsibility will be to implement sustainable manufacturing practices aimed at mitigating climate change, reducing our carbon footprint, and conserving resources.
- Operational Leadership: As a leader, you'll manage the day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring that all processes and teams are operating efficiently while adhering to sustainability goals.
Skills:
- Manufacturing Operations Management: Extensive experience in managing all facets of manufacturing operations.
- ESG & Sustainability: Proven expertise in implementing and managing ESG due diligence, including a focus on energy efficiency, waste management, and sustainable manufacturing practices.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead and guide a team towards achieving both operational and sustainability targets.
- Strategic Planning: The capacity to develop and execute strategies for climate change mitigation and resource conservation.
Experience & Education:
- Experience: A minimum of 15 years of professional experience managing manufacturing operations.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering with MBA is mandatory
