General Manager - Supply Chain/Procurement - Business Transformation (14-18 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- To contribute to the development and execution of enterprise wise Supply Chain Excellence strategy through Supply Chain thought leadership & subject matter expertise across end to end Supply Chain Processes in the areas of Demand Planning , Supply Planning , Inventory strategy , Customer service ,Order to Cash Process and network optimization to support the business Go-To -Market / Distribution strategy .

- Lead the journey of Functional transformation leveraging best in class processes & Digital /analytical tools to deliver enterprise and functional value with the intent of planning and delivering the right tires .

- Lead the process of developing the Functional Digital strategy for the mid - long term , collaborating with Supply Chain Operations Team , external advisors , IT and business teams with a vision to become an Autonomous Supply Chain Organization

- Lead Change Management for processes , tools implementation using a PMO approach and help and enable the Supply Chain Oragnziation to embrace aligned technology, systems in the areas of Supply , Demand Planning Inventory Optrimization & Order to Cash

Qualifications and Experience:

-15+ years of senior level experience in Operations / Supply Chain

- Demonstrable supply chain strategy and execution capability, thought leader , strategic thinker with a thorough understanding of supply chain operations .

- Profound knowledge of S&OP ,Integrated Business Planning and Order to Cash , Customer service and CRM experience .

- Experience of leading and motivating a high performance Team. Strong Project Management skills and Change Management expertise. Transformational thinker , challenges the paradigm and brings in innovation solutions to address business and customer needs .
