Job Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead and manage end-to-end supply chain functions including Sourcing, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, and overall SCM strategy. The role requires driving operational efficiency, vendor management, cost optimization, and ensuring seamless material and goods flow across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead sourcing and procurement strategies for direct and indirect materials

- Optimize warehouse operations and inventory management

- Oversee logistics, transportation, and distribution planning

- Develop and implement cost saving initiatives in the end-to-end SCM processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for demand planning and fulfillment

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of distribution/channel in the building materials/FMCG industries.

- Excellent leadership and people management skills.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
