Description:

- Support International Business to deliver growth in volatile global Geo-political environment and manage supply chain disruptions

- Manage complex / multiple stakeholders and workstreams e.g. Regulatory, Marketing, Quality, Manufacturing, multi-site Sales team, Multi factory operations coordination, alignment and delivery.

- The role acts a bridge between Business unit and Operations team ensuring high degree of collaboration for both business and Operations needs, manage constraints and deliver OTIF

- Manage Export transportation Freight management, Container arrangement on time, Container tracking and clearance at destination

- Documentation Multi country specific documentation & certifications readiness as per defined timelines

Accelerate Digitisation:

- Digitize IB Supply chain for higher information visibility, agility and to build high performance

Manage Complexity:

- Export logistics management ensure container availability as per country wise export plans, negotiate and manage the monthly freight cost.

- Build knowledge base on containers freight trends of major sea lanes and impact of geopolitical disruptions on container availability and cost impact

- Multi country specific certification requirements readiness before Dispatch example Spice board, Halal, COC etc certificates - sampling to certificate availability for on time dispatch

- Documentation readiness - Dispatch documentation, destination port clearance documentation availability to avoid container hold at port.

- Packing materials artwork management ensure updated artwork repository is maintained, coordinate with Marketing & Regulatory teams to update the artworks as per country specific legal requirements
