We are seeking a seasoned visionary to lead our Structural Engineering division as General Manager in Mumbai. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design strategy for complex, large-scale infrastructure and high-rise projects, ensuring technical excellence and structural integrity across the entire project lifecycle. You will act as the primary bridge between architectural vision and engineering reality, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, government bodies, and high-profile clients to deliver landmark developments. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the end-to-end structural design process for diverse projects to ensure compliance with international safety standards and local building codes.

- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of structural engineers and designers to foster a culture of technical precision and continuous professional development.

- Manage complex stakeholder relationships, including clients and regulatory authorities, to secure project approvals and maintain alignment on design objectives.

- Oversee the integration of advanced design software and sustainable engineering practices to enhance project cost-effectiveness and environmental impact.

- Drive the strategic planning of departmental resources and budgets to ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions that meet business objectives.

- The role is responsible for leading the Structural Engineering function across mall development, redevelopment, and asset enhancement projects. The incumbent will provide technical leadership in structural design management, engineering reviews, value engineering, construction support, and quality assurance to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of projects. The role will collaborate closely with Design, Projects, MEP, Cost Management, and external consultants to optimize structural solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, quality standards, and business objectives.
