General Manager - Structural Engineering

Role:

- Lead the Structural Engineering function for commercial, retail, and mall development projects, overseeing structural design, value engineering, design reviews, construction support, quality, and compliance from concept to handover.

Key Requirements:

- B.E./M.E. in Civil/Structural Engineering.

- 18+ years in commercial real estate, malls, mixed-use, or hospitality projects.

- Expertise in structural design, RCC/Steel structures, value engineering, design management, and stakeholder coordination.

- Experience working with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and structural consultants.

- Strong leadership and project delivery experience
