Role Overview:

Looking for CA (Chartered Accountant)

As the General Manager, Strategy, you will be at the forefront of shaping our company's future. Your day-to-day will involve crafting and executing strategic initiatives, leading M&A activities, and driving business growth. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, business unit heads, and external advisors to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop actionable plans. This role has a direct impact on the company's profitability, market position, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the company's overall corporate strategy, aligning it with the organization's vision and goals, to ensure sustainable growth and market leadership.

- Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating terms, and managing integration processes, to expand market share and enhance capabilities.

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis, identifying emerging trends and potential threats, to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

- Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and implement business-specific strategies, providing guidance and support to achieve their objectives and contribute to overall company performance.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, tracking key performance indicators and making adjustments as needed, to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and industry experts, to enhance the company's reputation and access to resources.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful corporate and business strategies, driving growth and profitability.

- Proven expertise in M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- A minimum of 7-20 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate development.

- MBA from a top-tier business school is preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
