General Manager - Strategic Finance & Investor Relations - Pharma

Key Requirement (Must)

- Big4 exposure on Transaction Support and Valuations

- Preferably from PE and / or Pharma / CDMO environment

- Keen to take up a hands-on Analyst / Doer role

- Excellent Analytical Skills

- Good command over PPT (Presentation)

Role Overview : Acting as the CFO's primary strategic partner, this role drives high-impact value-creation programs, leads investor relations (IR), and ensures organizational readiness for future liquidity events or due diligence.

Key Responsibility Areas & KPIs :

1. Investor Relations & Promoter Management -

- Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly PE investor decks, promoter presentations, and board-level MIS. Serve as the key point of contact for external auditors and investors during financial queries.

- Investor/Board Decks to be shared at least 2 WDs before the discussion. Avg time to resolve Investor queries < 24 hrs. |

2. Value Generation Programs

- Execute hardcore analysis on SKU/Project-level profitability and working capital optimization across India & US units.

- Drive cost-optimization initiatives and benchmark financial performance against global CDMO peers.

- Minimum 2-3 initiatives resulting in EBITDA increase by target 5%. Net WC days to be reduced by 10 days. IN-US MIS harmonized deck.

3. Due Diligence & Exit Readiness

- Establish and maintain a "Virtual Data Room" (VDR) with standardized revenue contracts, regulatory filings, and clean intercompany reconciliations.

- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure finance-function maturity before upcoming due diligence.

- VDR readiness to target 90 days.

4. Strategic Liaison

- Translate CFO's strategic vision into actionable KPIs for the F&A and FP&A section heads.

- Manage specific projects like major capex projects & M&A integration.

- Realisation of project within the approved budget. Deliver +/- 10% IRR post execution.
