Payments Processing

- Lead end-to-end payments operations, including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring to support commodities trade settlements.

- Ensure timely, accurate execution compliant with UK (e.g., FCA) and Austrian (e.g., FMA) regulations, minimizing forex risks in multi-currency transactions.

- Optimize treasury functions like cash pooling and hedging support for trading desks.

Financial Reporting:

- Oversee preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and management reports tailored for UK/Austria stakeholders.

- Manage month-end closes, variance analysis, and ad-hoc reporting on trading P&L, inventory valuation, and risk exposures.

- Implement controls for audit readiness and SOX/equivalent compliance.

Data Analytics:

- Drive analytics for trading performance, market trends, and operational KPIs using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

- Develop dashboards for real-time insights into commodities pricing, supply chain metrics, and cost efficiencies.

- Support predictive modelling for trade risks and inventory optimization.

HR Operations Processes:

- Handle payroll, employee onboarding, performance management, and compliance for SSC staff and shared services to UK/Austria teams.

- Streamline processes like benefits administration, leave tracking, and talent acquisition aligned with relevant labor laws and EU data privacy (GDPR).
