Role Overview:
- Lead and scale media sales business with a strong focus on OOH, vehicle branding, and outdoor media solutions
- Drive revenue growth by building long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and strategic partners
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive overall media sales strategy and revenue growth across assigned regions or accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management of brands and advertising agencies
- Present and position media offerings effectively to decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales approaches
- Lead negotiations, closures, and contract finalization for high-value deals
- Work independently to prioritize opportunities based on business impact
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging advertising formats
- Mentor and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve targets

Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in media sales, preferably in OOH, vehicle advertising, or outdoor media
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Bachelors degree in any discipline is mandatory
- Experience working with senior leadership and decision-makers
