We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Leader to spearhead a newly launched Generics Division for a reputed pharmaceutical organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive overall business growth and market expansion for the Generics portfolio

- Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans

- Build and lead high-performing sales teams across regions

- Strengthen channel distribution and key stakeholder relationships

- Identify new business opportunities, product positioning, and market penetration strategies

- Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue targets

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches and business scale-up

- Strong exposure to Pharma Generics business

- Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing at senior management level
