General Accounting department (Financial Reporting, Treasury & Accounts payable function) at the Plant

Team Management

- Team Management and monitoring performance of team member

Audit Compliance

- Ensure completion of various audit (Group audit & Statutory audit IFC & K-SOX) on time and without any qualification in the audit report

Financial Statements

- Ensure Financial statements are prepared in compliance with IFRS/IND-AS

Analytical Skills

- Strong analytical skill to do various analysis as required by the management.

Reporting

- Review various Reports and present it to Management and report to HQ

Treasury Function

- Review various MIS related to treasury function to monitor efficiency of treasury function

- Bringing improvement in the treasury process and improve control mechanism

- Review of cash flow (ABP and Forecast) planning and monitoring the actuals against the plan and identifying potential investment options tions

- Forex Management & statutory compliance of RBI/FEMA regulations

- Liaison and Negotiating with Bankers for raising fund and non-fund-based facilities (BG/LC) and maintaining good relationship with the bankers.

Payments

- Review and ensure timely Vendor payments, statutory payments, employee payments, etc.

- Developing controls to ensure that the payment are released on time and accurately to vendors

Accounts Management

- Review various Accounts schedule and take action to clear the old open items

Efficiency Improvement

- Establish various controls and monitoring mechanism to improve efficiency of the General accounting function

- Adherence to the departmental KPI targets

Team Development

- Responsible for team training & development and for interdepartmental relationship.

SAP Experience

- Experience and good exposure in SAP
