SAP Landscape Governance

- Lead and govern the end-to-end SAP ecosystem, including both technical and functional components.

- Define the SAP architecture, technology roadmap, and system strategy aligned with business growth and digital initiatives.

- Ensure system stability, availability, performance, security, and compliance across the SAP landscape.

- Establish SAP governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.

- SAP Basis & Platform Management

Oversee SAP Basis operations, including:

- System installation, configuration, and upgrades

- Patch and kernel management

- Transport management and change control

- System monitoring and performance tuning

- Backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning

- Manage SAP HANA / database administration where applicable.

- Ensure high system availability, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization.

- Functional Module Oversight

Provide governance and strategic direction across core SAP modules including:

- FICO

- MM

- SD

- PP

- HCM

- PM

- SuccessFactors

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules.

- Supporting business process standardization and optimization through SAP solutions.

- Coordinating module enhancements, system changes, and upgrades.

- Ensuring alignment between business requirements and SAP capabilities.

SAP Project & Delivery Leadership:

- Lead SAP implementation, upgrade, and migration initiatives.

- Drive S/4HANA transformation programs where applicable.

- Coordinate with functional consultants, Basis teams, developers, and external partners.

- Ensure timely and cost-effective project execution aligned with organizational priorities.

- Establish project governance, milestones, and performance tracking.

- Integration & Technical Architecture

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee SAP integrations with:

- Third-party applications

- Middleware platforms

- APIs and digital platforms

- Enterprise data platforms

Ensure effective use of integration technologies including:

- SAP PI/PO / CPI

- SAP Integration Suite

- IDOCs, RFCs, and Web Services

- Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable system integrations.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

- Manage relationships with SAP partners, vendors, and system integrators.

- Act as the primary SAP technical authority for internal leadership and business stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into SAP-driven technology solutions.

- Ensure effective vendor performance and delivery governance.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor SAP Basis teams, functional consultants, and technical specialists.

- Build and strengthen the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE).

- Establish knowledge sharing, capability development, and best practices within the team.

- Drive continuous improvement in SAP service delivery and operations.

Security, Risk & Compliance:

- Ensure SAP security policies, roles, and authorizations are properly maintained.

- Maintain compliance with internal IT controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

- Oversee system audit readiness, risk mitigation, and governance controls.

- Ensure adherence to data security and access governance policies.
