General Manager - SCM Operations/Demand & Supply

Job Purpose:

Lead India Operations in supply chain excellence by leveraging forward-planning tools and automation to optimize pricing, reduce lead times, and ensure the timely delivery of materials and services to internal stakeholders.

- Conflict resolution across team members to enhance synergies

- Cascading of Corporate Policies and Processes to all regions

- Demand Planning and Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

- Anchoring of Spend Analysis / Trends / analysis for consumption / procurement patterns.

- Supply Planning and Distribution Management

- Ensure Production & Material Readiness: Lead cross-functional execution to secure partner production planning and material readiness in line with priority circle requirements and delivery timelines.

- Improve capex productivity by faster turning around of assets

- Using ergonomics to maintain optimal space

- Inventory Management & Optimization

- Optimal use of warehouses and transportation cost

- Contract Governance / Partner Management

- Spearheaded digital transformation automated MRP, GRN, and payments for enhanced forecasting, planning accuracy, and transparency

- Submission of invoices to finance & Implementation of payment terms in ERP (as per the payment terms). Follow-up with various departments, resolve day to day issue and ensure vendor is paid as per payment terms.

- Audit Management and Compliances

Strong background in Supply Chain Management and exp of Telco/Infra/FMCG/Ecommerce will be added advantage.
