Role: General Manager

Exp : 15- 20 years

Location: Pune

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead Pan India sales for industrial capital goods and turnkey plant solutions, encompassing design, build, commissioning, and delivery of large-scale projects. The incumbent will be accountable for driving complete domestic revenue exceeding - 200 Cr and managing strategic client engagements across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Pan India sales strategy for turnkey plant and project solutions across automotive, aerospace, and allied industries

- Lead end-to-end client lifecycle-from opportunity development to project commissioning-across design, build, and delivery phases

- Consistently exceed annual sales targets and lead domestic revenue of - 200+ Cr

- Engage directly with CXOs, senior management, and business owners to articulate value propositions and negotiate complex deals

- Interface with internal technical, engineering, and operations teams to align delivery with client expectations

- Participate in domestic travel (approx. 50%) for client visits, trade exhibitions, and market development

- Champion market intelligence reporting, capturing competitive landscape, client trends, and project pipelines

- Maintain ISO documentation and adherence to process protocols for quality and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA in Sales and Marketing highly preferred

- Minimum 10+ years of sales experience in industrial capital goods and turnkey projects, preferably to auto ancillary or aerospace sectors

- Proven track record of leading long and complex sales cycles from concept to commissioning

- Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written) and proficiency in Hindi / Marathi

- Adept in analytical thinking, client presentations, and stakeholder alignment across varying levels of seniority

- Working knowledge of commercial documentation-Inco-terms, Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) essential
