- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Developing creative strategies with Channel partners to expand sales with continuous retail development, expand sales, market adaptation, enhance sales performance & achieve profits.
- Deliver defined business numbers for General Trade in a highly demanding environment with complete process adherence.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Motivating, mentoring, guiding and monitoring the entire sales team within the set parameters.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven work experience as a Branch /Regional Head / Zonal Manager
- Experience in managing a high performance sales team.
Education : MBA from Premier B School
Years of experience : 17- 20 years
- Must be currently working either in Food/FMCG. Candidates from FMCG companies with good exposure and experience in distribution management can also apply.
