Role description :
As GM- Business, you will be responsible to Lead business for Gujrat, the customer experience we offer our clients & prospects, and the development & management of the team based in the region. This is a highly entrepreneurial role, and will need you to be great at 0 to 1 and at 1 to 100.
Your span of control will include the city sales, design and operations teams. You will lead our relationship with all city-based partners (Square Partners, Design Partners), vendors (manufacturers, HDS vendors, local service providers who enable business for us). In this role, you will also work closely with the central team philosophy.
KPI :
1. New order booking (incl tax)
2. Revenue (excl tax)
3. 40% collection
4. 50% collection
5. Contribution Margin %2
6. NPS - Design & Complete
2 Contribution Margin = Revenue - Cost of Goods Sold - Design Costs - Square Partner Payments - Internal Ops Cost - Marketing Costs (Online & Offline customer acquisition, Branding) Responsibilities :
Customer acquisition :
- Generate leads
- Acquire home-owner databases of apartment complexes
- Proportion small % of marketing budget to digital marketing lead generation
- Carry out BTL activities to generate awareness & leads amongst TG
- Generate meetings
- Convert leads to meetings through email, voice and text campaigns, leveraging the Customer Service Team
- Ensure adequate staffing for meetings
- Drive meeting-SLAs - accurate quotes sent to 100% of prospects met within stipulated time
Design Management :
- Production Management
- Installation (Square) Management
Admin :
- B2B Business Development
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Seasoned entrepreneur / P&L owner with 10 -15 years of experience in fast-paced, high growth setups
- Strong people management skills, with a track record of directly managing high-potential professionals
- Strong bias for action, customer centricity and deep-dive traits
- Spotless ethics & disciplinary record
