AS Talent Lab is hiring for one of our premium clients - a fast-growing name in the coworking & commercial workspace sector (think WeWork, but smarter ). They're on the hunt for a Sales Rockstar who knows how to close deals, crack SFR, and speak the language of CXOs.
Position: General Manager (Sales ) - Commercial Fit Outs and Managed Services
Location: Mumbai (on the ground, not remote )
Experience: 10-15 years in B2B sales - coworking, commercial real estate, or managed office solutions
Your Superpowers:
- You've sold space (coworking, not galaxies)
- You know what SFR is and can explain it without Google
- You've closed deals with founders, procurement heads & CEOs
- You understand client needs before they do
You'll Be Doing:
- Pitching premium office solutions to fast-moving companies
- Owning revenue, building client relationships, and guiding prospects from "maybe" to "shut up and take my money"
- Collaborating with the ops and design teams to ensure happy, sticky clients
Bonus Points If You've Worked With:
- WeWork, Awfis, Smartworks, IndiQube, or similar brands
