Overview:
- Secure business from major clients, corporates, and government bodies in the region.
- Stay ahead of competitors through market intelligence and proactive business strategies.
- Maintain updated records of competitors (both large and small) and use insights to strengthen regional business performance.
- Develop and sustain a strong network with leading architects, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and proper management of letters of credit for ongoing projects.
- Lead training and development initiatives for the regional team to enhance market responsiveness and capability.
C. Experience and Qualifications
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge:
D. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of quote activity, order intake, and shipment targets for the territory.
- Addition of new customers and expansion of market share.
- Customer satisfaction and retention levels.
- Timely collection of outstanding payments and maintenance of healthy cash flow.
