Position: General Manager - Sales Location: Mumbai YOE: 18+ Key Deliverables 1. Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales target for defined territory and focus on bottom-line growth. 2. Ensure that the Company's brand name and products are on the approved vendor list of the Consultants, Contractors and end clients and to travel extensively to meet the existing and potential customers, generate new enquiries, participate in exhibitions to understand the needs of the clients. 3. Monitor on - going and upcoming projects to target sales opportunities and identify new markets and new products for the company to venture in 4. Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide necessary guidance and support to ensure that their sales target is achieved monthly. 5. Develop and implement new sales initiatives/strategies for business growth and profitability. Candidate must be willing to travel extensively Product Portfolio: Gratings, Cable Trays, Handrails and Fabricated Steel Structures Required Skills and Experience - Year of experience - 18+ years - Qualification - B.E with MBA(Marketing) preferred - Candidate should have good contacts with EPC Contractors, Consultants and end clients - Knowledge of Fabrication and welding is preferred - Language- English is must + Overall communication should be excellent
