- Seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead and grow the FMCG business across B2C (distributor) channel.
- Strong exposure of growing a FMCG business in GT space.
- Build and expand distributor (B2C) network with strong sales governance and last-mile reach.
- Identify new product or segment opportunities to grow market share.
Own end-to-end P&L for the B2C sales vertical:
- Drive top-line growth while optimizing cost-to-serve, credit cycles, and working capital.
- Ensure EBITDA delivery through pricing strategies, channel efficiency, and margin improvements.
- Regularly monitor financial KPIs and take corrective actions in coordination with finance and commercial teams.
- Improve team productivity and sales execution through structured reviews and coaching.
- Set sales targets and performance KPIs for frontline teams; support PMS & appraisals.
- Drive long-term contracts and price agreements aligned with financial goals.
- Promote digital adoption (Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, DMS) across sales functions.
- Build and expand distributor (B2C) network with strong sales governance and last-mile reach.
- Improve team productivity and sales execution through structured reviews and coaching.
- Lead initiatives on packaging, service, and brand differentiation to improve margins.
- Ensure demand accuracy, pricing competitiveness, and data-backed decision-making.
Experience:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in B2C, FMCG, food processing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role
- Proven track record in handling multi-channel sales and P&L responsibility
- FMCG sales Professionals with experience in GT expansion in multiple States/ regions or Zones need apply
