Position : General manager for Online store Wellness, Fitness & Sports nutrition products & supplements for Offline Channels Key Roles & Responsibility : - Ensuring sales & business growth, customer retention, connect, engagament, customer service to all the stakeholders - Ensuring successful launch of mall via various events & activities - Understanding of Channel, Category and Consumers, and how to market and sell products across these - Manage order forecast accuracy and ensure inventory management objectives are met. Includes driving efficiencies in market hygiene and obsolescence. - Liaise with various suppliers to coordinate promotional material deliveries - Build productive relationships with the suppliers and customers and act as a company representative to communicate all other necessary issues to client's management team - Do trade visits to understand Market dynamics, gaps & opportunities - Prepare monthly reports and business reviews for clients, Involve in competitive monitoring and market analysis - Owns development of regional sales strategy and business growth plan for existing/new TPs - Owns development of monthly demand plan for the region - Drive sales target-setting for BMs, and conducts periodic reviews - Manages regional TPI budge Sales Other areas of role : Activation:- - Manages category and channel analytics and competition product performance within region/area/city/location - Leads management of BTL initiatives - Manages deployment of TPI and trade schemes in coordination with branches People Management: - Drives learning, talent development and inclusiveness - Develops TP engagement plan and maintains optimum call cycles to Build and strengthen TP relationships - Identifies, evaluates new TPs and manages conversion of difficult accounts as needed - Identifies and recommends sales training opportunities among TPs - Leads representation in regional events to support business development as required - Ensuring team is result driven & evolving to better outcome everyday Operations: - Oversees all marketing and key account management activities for the region - Oversees all sales logistics for the region for finished and defective goods - Owns general administration for the region Experience: - 3 to 6 years of experience as a General Manager, - 4 to 8 years experience as a work experience in different profiles Skilled in : - Demonstrate strong client management and communication skills; experience of working with Clients is very helpful - Knowledge of Marketing and Sales, and experience of working in both - Getting the work done from team as per desired outcome & timeline - Knowledge of and experience with demand planning (knowledge of inventory management is great) - Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken - Knowledge of Technology use for business development Education & Qualification: MBA or PGDM from Premiere B School IIM/XLRI/SPJIMR/Symbiosis & other Other: - Ready to work in Start up environment - Ready to adapt with new systems, processes, new way of operating the business which gives results Salary: INR 15,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A. other Industry:Wellness / Fitness / Sports / Beauty Employment Type: Permanent Job, Full Time Desired Candidate Profile - Education- PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization Company Profile: - Our client Provides a one-of-a-kind fitness technology app designed to help customers and gym owners to stream line day to day gym activities and processes. - The main aim of client is to revolutionize the way the fitness industry operates and help in removing all types of uncertainty from the business and make it a more profitable venture for gym owners.
