Position : General manager for Online store Wellness, Fitness & Sports nutrition products & supplements for Offline Channels Key Roles & Responsibility : - Ensuring sales & business growth, customer retention, connect, engagament, customer service to all the stakeholders - Ensuring successful launch of mall via various events & activities - Understanding of Channel, Category and Consumers, and how to market and sell products across these - Manage order forecast accuracy and ensure inventory management objectives are met.
