Description: Confidential Search. Position: GM Sales ENA / Ethanol / Overseas Business. Location: Indore (Corporate Office). Compensation: Up to 30 LPA. Territory: South & West India + Overseas Markets. Industry: Alcoholic Beverages / Distillery / Ethanol / ENA / Exports. We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a leading organization in the alcohol & ethanol manufacturing space for a senior leadership professional to head domestic and overseas sales.
Role Overview: This leadership role will be responsible for driving domestic and international sales, revenue growth, business development, and strategic partnerships across ENA, Ethanol, and overseas portfolios. The incumbent will play a critical role in market expansion, regulatory alignment, pricing strategy, and building high-performance sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales for ENA, Ethanol, bulk spirits and overseas business across South & West India.
- Manage OMC, IMFL, and industrial client relationships.
- Handle tenders, pricing strategy, negotiations, and long-term contracts.
- Drive new market development (domestic & international).
- Lead export strategy and international distributor development.
- Ensure compliance with excise policies, EBP norms, and export regulations.
- Build and lead high-performing regional and export sales teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10-12 years of experience in alcohol, distillery, ethanol, or allied industries.
- Strong exposure to ENA, Ethanol, bulk spirits, and export markets.
- Proven track record in senior sales leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of excise regulations and ethanol blending policies.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
- Experience working with OMCs, IMFL companies, and global customers.
Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM (Sales / Marketing / International Business preferred).
- Engineering / Science background is an added advantage.
