The LHH Business in India focusses on the Human Resources Advisory, Leadership Development, Career Transition and Mobility solutions.
As the largest Career Transition and Mobility Solution provider world-wide, LHH has the largest delivery team in India with the perfect balance of a global delivery structure aligned to the local needs of the India market.
Our main Practice continues to be the Career Transition and Mobility business in India supported by Human Resources Advisory and the Leadership Development Practice teams, that help us to be one-stop solution provider for customers talent and careers needs in India.
Considering economic shifts and an increasing demand for our solutions, LHH is considering expanding its Leadership team to drive the growth, profitability and market share of our Business in Indi.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to India Country Manager, LHH.
Direct Reports: One (1) immediate direct report (Sales Development Representative).
Location: The LHH Team is spread across Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi is co-located in every location along with the Adecco Group team.
This role is based at our Adecco Group India Headquarters at Whitefield, Bengaluru.
We operate in a hybrid structure with 3 days at work and 2 days work from home.
In this role you can expect to:
Key Accountabilities
- Driving the Sales P/L for the business, region, and/or sector(s)
- Understanding the Market Dynamics and creating the required Vision to setup a new business in India
- Driving the Go-To-Market with sales, key account management and retention strategies
- Building Focused Relationships with Customers through different channels of marketing
Business Planning & Forecasting
- Responsible for maximizing the gross revenue & manages cost of delivery to maximize profitability
- Targeting Global Accounts, Competition Accounts, and Local Accounts as per the Go-To-Market
Client Management
- Handling client escalations & resolving it & ensuring Client satisfaction/retention
- Working with High Performance teams in a matrix structure
- Partnering with Adecco Global, LHH Global, LHH India Delivery Teams to ensure the Customer is benefitted with the highest level of service delivery
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team members to ensure LHH emerges as a Leading consulting company in India
- Be engaged and involved in delivery of key projects to ensure customers can see this role holder completely involved
- Drive reporting with the help of Delivery Teams.
All About You
- Prior experience of Enterprise Sales (Hunting 70% and Farming 30%) in a Business that sells to the CHRO
- Key Relationships and Partnerships with CHROs, CFOs, and CEOs preferably in the IT, ITES, BFSI or the Industrial sectors
- Experience of working in Solution Sales or Consulting Environment
- Stable Career with prior experience of managing multiple sales cycles in the same organization in different roles
- Someone who is driven, agile, works with Fail Fast attitude, and is highly collaborative
- Experience working in a globally matrixed organization may help to navigate through the ecosystem faster
- Overall, 12-16 years of experience with the necessary experience as shared in this document.
