General Manager - Sales & Marketing - Real Estate

Designation: GM - Sales & Marketing (Senior Living)

Experience: 12 to 18 yrs

Qualification: Any Graduate with MBA in Marketing

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Product Development:

- Design & develop Senior living offerings aligned with market needs and customer expectations

- Conceptualize amenities, services and community features focused on elderly lifestyle & wellness.

- Benchmark with leading senior living, hospitality and retail experiences

2. Sales & Business Strategy:

- Develop & implement sales strategies for senior living projects

- Drive lead generation, conversions and revenue targets

- Work closely with presales & marketing teams for campaign planning & execution

- Build partnerships & channels for customer acquisition

3. Customer Experience & Engagement:

- Ensure high quality customer journey from inquiry to possession

- Integrate hospitality -driven service standards into senior living projects

- Gather customer feedback and improve product offerings & services

4. Market Research & Insights:

- Conduct Research on senior living trends , competitor analysis and pricing strategy

- Identify new opportunities in retirement communities & assisted living segments

5. Stakeholder Management:

- Coordinate with internal teams (Design , Sales , CRM ,Operations )

- Liaise with external consultants , agencies & partners
