Role Overview:
This role will lead the strategic and operational roadmap for the Perfume category and drive revenue, brand positioning, innovations, and channel growth for premium/luxury fragrances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute the full product, sales & marketing strategy for Perfumes
- Oversee product portfolio, SKUs, pricing, packaging & distribution
- Conduct competitive benchmarking & consumer research
- Work with creative agencies for brand campaigns & communication
- Drive packaging innovation across formats and segments
- Partner with perfume vendors for sourcing & NPD
- Lead sales promotion initiatives & channel tie-ups
- Enable market penetration through distributors, retailers & modern trade
Required Skill Set:
- In-depth knowledge of perfume industry dynamics
- Strong strategic planning & execution capability
- Excellent communication, analytical & stakeholder management skills
- Experience in premium & luxury categories preferred
- Key Internal/External Stakeholder Groups
